I am looking for a careful technical consultant/developer to help me review the prototype and MVP roadmap for Ihsan Circle, a Canadian Muslim community care coordination project. The first paid engagement is consultation only, not a full build. I would like help reviewing the planned workflow, identifying what can remain in WordPress/forms/manual process, what would require custom development, and what risks or hidden costs I should understand before paying for a larger build. For the first consultation, no real personal or sensitive data will be shared. The prototype uses fictional data only. For any future production build, comfort with Canadian privacy/security expectations, Canadian data-residency preferences, secure development practices, and clear service-provider boundaries will be important. The future platform may include a general inquiry form with role-based branching, admin inbox, consent-to-share step, agency handoff packet, simple non-sensitive status tracking, volunteer interest workflow, and possibly future role-based dashboards if truly needed. This project serves Muslim families, elders, caregivers, masjids, volunteers, and licensed home care agency partners. Familiarity with Muslim community needs, masjid-centered work, faith-aware care, modesty considerations, halal awareness, family caregiving, and culturally respectful service design would be a strong asset. WordPress site with email integrations
This WordPress site is essentially complete except for adding vvarious CTA buttons and linking them either to other pages on the site or to an external email provider. Each link may need to connect to different email lists. I will also want to add Woo Commerce but that is not the first priority. For this project I want to set up live appointments with the developer/designer over Zoom so that we can add the needed components in real time, instead of me providing a list and then waiting, checking the work, finding errors, etc. It will be much quicker to do in real time as the remaining tasks are clear and I know what they are.

We are looking for a key team member who will take full responsibility for our retention ecosystem, from list growth to complex automation. The Role & KPIs Your success will be measured by clear, data-driven benchmarks: Email/SMS Revenue: Target of 25-35% of total brand revenue. Revenue Split: Maintain a 60/40 Flow vs. Campaign revenue split. Repeat Purchase Rate: Aggressively increase LTV through strategic post-purchase cycles. List Growth & Hygiene: Consistent list expansion and top-tier deliverability management. Efficiency: High Revenue per Email Sent (RPE) through segmentation, not spam. What We Are Looking For Experience: You have managed Klaviyo for at least one brand doing $3M+/year. Advanced Flows: Ability to build and optimize complex automation (Welcome, Abandoned Cart, Post-Purchase, Winback, VIP, and Cross-sell). Direct Response Copy: You write copy that sells.
